(Competition is open to gents, ladies or mixed.)
This competition is a walk on open and entries will only be accepted on the day.
Entries will be accepted in person at the clubhouse or by telephone (01387 810552).
Tee times available from 8am – 2pm.
Clubhouse will be open from 7am to accept entries.
Entry fee will be £10 per pair.
• The competition will be a Stroke Competition played over 18 Holes.
• The competition will be open to Competitors of 18 years of age and over, full members of a recognised golf club and of amateur status.
• Maximum handicap allowed to Gents will be 24, Ladies 32.
• Total fee of £10 (includes entry fee of £2)
• Ties for the trophies will be decided according to the results over the last 9, 6 , 3 or last hole.
• The committee of Lochmaben Golf Club reserves the right to reject any entry and to alter and amend any of the conditions. The decision of the committee in matters of dispute shall be final.

Kev and Susan win the Anvil

On Saturday the 14th August Kevin and Susan Clark romped away with the Anvil Trophy with a magnificent 69-7=72.They went out in 27 which is 6 under!! Scratch winners were Ian Fraser and Diane McDonald with a fabulous 69.
Ladies Kirk Loch Competion a massive success

On Wednesday the 4th August the Lochmaben Ladies once again hosted a Charity Texas Scramble, with 57 teams playing. Jane Reid and Jackie Bell, along with all the ladies, the sponsors, the Greenkeepers, the clubhouse staff all deserve a massive vote of thanks for making the day a huge success, culminating in a cheque for £3250 being presented to the Breast Cancer Unit in DGRI.
The winners on the day with a great score of 61.2 were from Carllise, and were F Hetherington, L Jones , B Davidson and S Coulthart.
Second were Trudys Pink Ladies from Silverdale/Liverpool with 62, third Maggies Magentas form Kirkcudbright with 62.6 and fourth were from Lochamben, In the Pink with a 63.
